Martha’s deals more than simply birria. Their tacos, offered on corn tortillas, feature genuine Mexican tastes with proteins like chicken, carnitas, priest, asada, and chorizo, all covered with cilantro and onions. My go-to tacos are the chorizo and priest, but you can not go wrong with any kind of selection.
The beef is tender, juicy, and complete of flavor, but Martha’s takes it up a notch by including melted cheese. Topped with onions and cilantro, the tacos are crunchy on the outside with a juicy, spiced filling up inside. Their birria is excellent, and you can enjoy it in virtually any form you can assume of: pizza, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, french fries, noodles, a birria bowl, and even a shrimp birria choice.
In 2021, Martha’s Blend Cooking area (3331 Maize Rd) was one of the first areas in Columbus where I attempted birria, and they have actually refined it. Let’s taco round this delicious food.
