    The Best Food Events and Pop-Ups to Check Out This Week in Los Angeles: August 23Walking Spanish, a modern Central American pop-up has begun a Sunday and Monday residency at Las Perlas in West Hollywood.

    Several of LA’s most amazing dishes can be located on the back patio area of a white wine bar or under an EZ-up on an area corner.     Strolling Spanish, a contemporary Central American pop-up has begun a Sunday and Monday residency at Las Perlas in West Hollywood. The food selection includes dishes like crammed yucca french fries, a braised brief rib with kimchi and cheese, and a deep-fried hen sandwich. 7511 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90046.

    Head to Dulan’s on Crenshaw for Kim Prince’s Hotville Poultry pop-up any type of Wednesday or Thursday for Nashville warm chicken sandwiches, intense wings, and timeless spirit food under the same roof. Head to the rear patio from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and if there on a Wednesday night, it’s talked word and poetry night.

    Over in Lincoln Levels, Benny Child Brewing’s woman-run Introvert Night Market runs from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on August 24.
