The Sunset Strip’s most recent nightlife spot is Bar Jubilee, a mixed drink bar by the group behind Fairfax’s Blue Collar and Cold Shoulder speakeasy. The group took over the previous Rock & Reilly’s space and transformed it into an extravagant nighttime destination where meticulously mixed drinks make use of house-prepared casts, distinct syrups, and fresh juices.
