Located in the heart of Koreatown, Soot Bull Jip may seem, at first glance, like an average Korean barbecue restaurant, complete with sizzling cuts of meat on tabletop grills, gusts of smoke-filled air, and the familiar clinks of soju glasses.
Fogo’s concept all started with a family who grew up on the traditional Southern Brazilian farm in Serra Gaucha, where they learned a special beef grilling technique called “churrasco,” and decided they wanted to share it with the rest of the world.
